Delivery Of Your Order
We guarantee to process your order and have it ready for shipping within 24-48 hours of receiving payment.
Normal delivery to the US is done with USPS and takes approximately 7-10 business days by Airmail. All International orders are shipped by Airmail and delivery will take between 2-3 weeks. For faster delivery service or tracking delivery, please call toll-free 1-855-922-0525. We use UPS Global Services for Priority Delivery. ***We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs or customs brokerage fees.
Those who have not received their orders after the scheduled delivery date should notify us immediately so we can investigate the situation for you. **Regularly Airmail shipped items have no guarantee and cannot be tracked. If your order is not received to your satisfaction, contact us right away and our customer service representatives will gladly assist you.
To notify us of a problem, simply send a copy of your order confirmation, along with a brief description to: firstname.lastname@example.org and please have your order number ready.
For all e-mail correspondence, please put your order tracking number in the subject line.

All payments will be in U.S. or Canadian Currencies. **Canadian customers must pay all applicable taxes. We accept all major credit cards toll-free at 1-855-922-0525 and through our secure online website, Paypal online and International money orders. Please do not send cash through the mail!
All orders must
be paid for before they are shipped. We Do Not accept COD’s.
Returns & Exchanges
Please include a copy of your invoice with the merchandise that is to be returned.
All returns must be made within 30 days of the date which your order was received. All items must be returned in the condition they were received. We do not accept clothing that has been washed or worn. We do not accept items that have been opened from their original packaging. Please securely package all unopened fragile items (such as glassware, puzzles and videos) to avoid damage during return shipping.
TheWhoopeeCushion.com reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet these guidelines. Any returned order that does not conform to the above guidelines will not be accepted for return or exchange, and will be "Returned to Sender" by TheWhoopeeCushion.com. Once received, your card will be credited in 1 to 2 business days. Refund checks will be issued in approximately 3 to 5 business days.
